By accessing or using the website and services of RTO Chauffeur (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. RTO Chauffeur provides professional chauffeur services, airport transfers, private transportation, and related chauffeur-driven services in Dubai and across the United Arab Emirates.
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
RTO Chauffeur provides chauffeur-driven transportation services, which may include:
Airport transfers and airport pickup services.
Chauffeur-driven luxury car hire.
Hourly and daily chauffeur services.
Private and corporate transportation.
Hotel, residential, and business transfers.
Tours and sightseeing transportation.
Special-event and wedding transportation.
Chauffeur-driven vehicle hire for other agreed travel requirements.
Vehicle availability, vehicle category, service availability, pricing, and specific service conditions may vary depending on the booking requirements and are subject to confirmation by RTO Chauffeur.
A booking request does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.
Bookings are confirmed only after the required booking information has been received and, where applicable, the required advance payment has been successfully completed.
Once a booking is confirmed, RTO Chauffeur may assign a professional chauffeur and provide the relevant driver and vehicle details to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including passenger details, pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, and flight information where applicable.
Payment requirements will be communicated during the booking process or agreed with our team in writing.
An advance payment may be required to secure and confirm a booking. The remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid according to the payment terms communicated at the time of booking.
We may accept payment through the payment methods displayed on our website or provided by our team, including secure online payment links.
Additional charges may apply for services or circumstances not included in the original booking, such as additional waiting time, parking charges, extra stops, additional hours, or other services requested by the customer.
For airport pickup services, the customer should provide accurate flight information whenever available so that we can monitor the flight and coordinate the pickup accordingly.
Complimentary waiting time and any additional waiting charges will be communicated as part of the applicable booking terms.
If the customer requires the chauffeur to wait beyond the included waiting period, additional waiting charges may apply.
Airport parking fees or other applicable access charges may also be charged separately where they are not included in the agreed booking price.
Cancellation, amendment, and refund conditions depend on the booking and the applicable cancellation policy communicated at the time of confirmation.
Customers should review the applicable cancellation and refund terms before making payment.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund and cancellation conditions.
Changes to the pickup time, date, location, passenger requirements, vehicle category, or other booking details may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate and complete booking information.
Provide correct flight details for airport transfers where applicable.
Follow applicable UAE laws and regulations.
Treat chauffeurs, staff, and service providers with respect.
Use the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with applicable rules.
Avoid any behaviour that may create a safety risk or damage the vehicle.
RTO Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a service where reasonably necessary due to unsafe behaviour, abusive conduct, illegal activity, excessive damage risk, or a material breach of these Terms of Service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage and personal belongings are suitable for the selected vehicle.
RTO Chauffeur is not responsible for personal belongings left inside a vehicle after the completion of a journey. Customers should check the vehicle carefully before leaving and take all personal belongings with them.
Any prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or unsafe items may not be carried in our vehicles.
RTO Chauffeur will make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle category and service requested at the time of booking.
In circumstances where the originally requested vehicle or chauffeur becomes unavailable due to operational or unforeseen circumstances, we may provide a suitable alternative vehicle or chauffeur where reasonably possible.
Specific chauffeur or vehicle requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
RTO Chauffeur will make reasonable efforts to provide services at the agreed time. However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
Heavy traffic or unexpected road congestion.
Accidents or road incidents.
Weather conditions.
Road closures or diversions.
Government or official restrictions.
Airport restrictions or operational delays.
Public events or unusual traffic conditions.
Vehicle breakdowns or other unforeseen operational circumstances.
Other events beyond our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will communicate significant delays or changes to the customer.
RTO Chauffeur will provide its services with reasonable care and professionalism.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RTO Chauffeur shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where liability legally applies, our liability may be limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information provided to us may be used to process bookings, coordinate chauffeur services, communicate with customers, process payments, and provide related transportation services.
We may use third-party service providers for certain functions, including payment processing, website hosting, communication, technology, analytics, or other operational services.
Where applicable, third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
RTO Chauffeur may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on our website. Customers should review the applicable terms before making a booking.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the relevant laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
